Disclosure is required
Every drop must accurately state whether generative AI is used in production and which tools. Backers see this disclosure on the presale page.
Submitting a drop with a false or missing AI disclosure is a policy violation and grounds for removal.
Rights and originality
Creators warrant that generated material is cleared for commercial use and does not knowingly infringe third-party rights.
We follow applicable disclosure requirements, including California SB 942, and may add jurisdiction-specific labels.
No AI slop
Every drop clears human curation before it opens. We reject low-effort or misleading submissions to protect backers and the catalog.
